PROPOSITIONS FOR "1st ONLINE DARTS OPEN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2020"

1.BASIC PROVISIONS

Name of the tournament:"1st ONLINE DARTS OPEN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2020"

2.GOALS OF THE "1st ONLINE DARTS OPEN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2020" TOURNAMENT

First of all, the goal of this tournament is to popularize darts, and making new friendships around the world, too.

3.ORGANISATIONAL FORM OF THE TOURNAMENT

This tournament will be run by the tournament directors above, the tournament will be played online in the period between 4.05-24.05.2020.
You will be notified of the dates of the matches on the Internet, in the official group on the Facebook page - C.O.V.I.D. - Championship of Various International Darters

4.THE CONDITIONS FOR APLLYING FOR THIS TOURNAMENT

Everyone who wants and accepts this tournament rules can apply. Everyone is welcome.
Registration for the tournament is free for all, registration fee is 0 kn/ 0 € .
All the players who have played the 4. C.O.V.I.D. tournament are automatically enrolled in this tournament. Everyone else who are interested in can apply by 3.05. 2020. Until 7pm by sending a message to Ivan Močić Mosa.
Players who don't want to play in this tournament shoud cancel their registration on time by sending a message in inbox to IVAN MOČIĆ MOSA.

5.FORMAT AND SYSTEM OF THE TOURNAMENT

single elimination system
random selection on the "n01" application (https://nakka.com/n01/online) determines the player who trows first, in the case of "sudden death" leg, the players throw the bull (only 25 and 50 are counted)
When a player who has lost "BULL" is on a throw and another player has to start the leg, the first player must type "0" for the opponent to start leg.

5.1.GAME FORMAT

all games to LAST 64 BEST OF 19 LEGS

and from LAST 32 (1/16) - BEST OF 21 LEGS

LAST 16 (1/8) – BEST OF 23 LEGS

LAST 8 (1/4) – BEST OF 25 LEGS

LAST 4 (1/2) – BEST OF 27 LEGS

FINAL – BEST OF 29 LEGS

For each round players have 2 days to play the match. In those 2 days players must find a term that suits them. If the match is not played in those 2 days,

The player who showed greater initiative to play the match goes in the next round, that decision will be made by the tournament directors (based on the presented evidence, screenshots, messaging …).

Result must be reported by sending a message in inbox to IVAN MOČIĆ MOSA, by the end of the aforementioned date for the match.

6.SEEDED PLAYERS IN THE DRAW

- After the 4th C.O.V.I.D tournament , 128 best ranked players on the table will be the seeded players on this tournament. If any of the first 128 give up, his place will take the first player who is on the list below the first 128. If two players have the same number of points, the best individual placement in these 4 tournaments is counted, if the players are the same in the placement too, the organiser takes the right to decide who has the advantage based on checking all the lists ( PDC, WDF…)

- The draw for this tournament will be live in our Facebook group on Sunday 03.05.2020. at 9pm ( in case of technical problems and delay of the draw, you will be notified at least an hour earlier of the new appointment)

- The results will be available on the link “Darts for Windows”, which will be refreshed every weekday in period between 00:00 – 02:00, the draw will be available in pictures too after the two played rounds.

7.AWARDS

The winner of this tournament will be awarded with a for this tournament specially designed cup. In case of additional awards from possible sponsors you will be notified.

There are no prize money in this tournament.

8.MINIMUM PLAYING CONDITIONS IN THIS TOURNAMENT

- Steel darts board or elenctronic darts board with a standard dimensions

- The rules are the same for everyone as in steel darts. Only the darts remaining in the board are counted. The player records the result on the n01 application at (https://nakka.com/n01/online) so it doesn't matter if the electronic dartsboard counts the dart which is not in the dartsboard.

9.WAYS TO PLAY MATCHES

9.1.CALLS AND APPLICATIONS

- Video call via Facebook messenger (WhatsApp, Viber only in case if both of the players want to exchange phone numbers) + n01 application for the results counting (https://nakka.com/n01/online).

- If both of the players have WebcamDarts they can play there too.

9.2.CAMERA (mobile camera or web camera)

- The camera must give your opponent a clear darts board picture and a good sound as well.

- Players must position the camera so that their dartsboard is fully visible , a camera from afar is not enough because the opponent must see the board at all times. We recommend that it be placed slightly above the height of the Bull and to turn slightly to one side for the best picture. Good lighting is also important to make the picture even better.

Please do not register for the tournament if you are unable to meet these conditions. All of this is organised to improve and elevate the tournament to a high level of quality play and mutual enjoyment!

10.RULES OF CUNDOCT DURING THE GAME

- After trowing three darts during the match or at the check out, we ask players,  first to enter the score into the n01 application (https://nakka.com/n01/online) and only after that to remove the darts from the board and to give enough time to your opponent to check your score or your check out dart.

- When it comes to setting up a camera, be creative and find the best way in your environment to do it (people use many different things... stood for the microphone....)

- Please give your opponent decent playing conditions and not make too much noise in your area while playing.

- Only when both opponents are satisfied with the another player playing condisions ( camera picture, sound...)  the game can begin.

If there are any problems during the match, you are obliged to inform the tournament directors on time, we will not accept any reclamation when the match is already over. Thank you for your understanding

11.FAIR PLAY

The main idea of the organizer in organizing this tournament is to popularize darts everywhere in the world, making acquaintances and friendships by playing darts in the sporting spirit with a fair play. So we ask you all to follow our rules while playing your matches. All players who do not adhere to fair play will be disqualified.

ALL PLAYERS WHO ENTER THIS TOURNAMENT AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPT ALL OF THE RULES ABOVE, AND OBLIGED TO FOLLOW THEM UNTIL THE VERY END. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RECLAMATION WHEN THE MATCH IS ALREADY OVER. ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY TO AVOID ANY  POSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS AND PROBLEMATIC SITUATIONS WHILE PLAYING OUR TOURNAMENT.
