Mandatory information

These Terms of Purchase govern the process of ordering, payment, delivery, returns, complaints, and the processing of personal data for goods offered on our website.
The Seller is RAVUS d.o.o. / Darts Point, I. Resnički gaj 15A, 10040 Zagreb, OIB: 85011010435, and the Buyer is a visitor of the online store who selects at least one product, completes the electronic order form and submits it to the Seller.
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR), including VAT.

1. ORDERING

• Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the website www.darts-point.com.
• The Buyer may register or place an order as a guest.
• To process the order, it is necessary to provide accurate personal and contact details as well as the delivery address.
• After confirming the order, the Buyer will receive an e-mail with order details and all legally required information.

2. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT SECURITY

Payment for products can be made by:

• bank transfer
• cash on delivery (COD)
• credit/debit card
• PayPal

Invoices are issued in accordance with the Croatian Fiscalization Act. Charges are made only after product availability has been confirmed in the Seller’s online store.

Payment security for card transactions
Card payments are processed through the secure Webteh system, which applies the latest data protection standards:

• SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 128-bit data encryption
• MD5 algorithm for additional data transfer security
• Online real-time authorization via the issuing bank’s authorization center, without manual processing
• Card numbers are not stored and are not accessible to unauthorized persons
• SSL encryption ensures secure transmission of information between the user’s device and the Webteh service, preventing unauthorized access during transfer

This ensures that all payment information is protected and every transaction is safe and compliant with the highest security standards.

3. DELIVERY

• Deliveries are made on business days, typically within 1–4 working days after order confirmation.
• Delivery costs are shown prior to order confirmation.
• The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the Buyer only upon receipt of the package.
• The Buyer must check the package upon receipt and immediately report any visible damage to both the courier and the Seller.
• If the Buyer refuses to accept the package without a justified reason, the Seller has the right to charge the actual delivery and return costs.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right, without giving any reason, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of taking possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to info@darts-point.com.

The Buyer must return or deliver the goods to RAVUS d.o.o. (Darts Point), I. Resnički gaj 15A, 10040 Zagreb without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Buyer notified the Seller of the withdrawal.

Exceptions: The Buyer has no right of withdrawal for:

• goods made to the Buyer’s specifications or clearly personalized
• goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
• goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Return of goods:

• The Buyer must return or send the goods to the address of the Seller within 14 days of notifying the Seller of withdrawal.
• The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the Seller has agreed otherwise.
• The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
• Refunds will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned goods, using the same means of payment unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Packaging note: The original packaging of the product forms part of its commercial value. In the event of missing or damaged packaging, the Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund proportionally to the estimated reduction in the product’s value.

5. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

• The Buyer has the right to lodge a complaint within 2 years from receipt of the goods, in accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
• Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@darts-point.com with a description of the defect and, if possible, accompanying photos.
• In the case of a justified complaint, the return costs are borne by the Seller.
• The Seller is liable only for material defects that existed at the time of the transfer of risk.
• Dartboards and related dart equipment are consumable products subject to normal wear and tear, which does not constitute a material defect.
• It is expected that products will gradually lose their mechanical properties through regular use. Warranty applies exclusively to material defects not caused by normal wear and tear or improper use. Complaints based on normal product wear will not be accepted. Buyers are required to follow maintenance instructions to extend product lifespan.

6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

• The Seller collects and processes the Buyer’s personal data exclusively for the performance of the contract and to comply with legal obligations.
• Legal basis: performance of contract, legal obligation, consent (for marketing activities).
• The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data and object to processing.

7. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

The Seller may amend these Terms of Purchase, and any changes take effect on the date of publication on the website.
The applicable Terms are those valid at the time of order.
