Conditions of purchase define the process of ordering, payment, delivery and return of goods or complaint offered on our website. Supplier (Seller) of goods offered on this website is RAVUS d.o.o., Trg Antuna Mihanovića 3, 10040 Zagreb, OIB: 85011010435, and the Buyer of goods is a visitor of our internet shop who selects at least one product, fills the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller. All prices are in HRK (Croatian kuna).
Ordering
Orders are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Goods are ordered through an electronic form - internet shoping cart. The buyer must be registered on the website of the Seller to execute the order. Customer is required to enter contact information and address (billing and shipping adress) in order to conclude the process of ordering. Notification of the order confirmation customer will receive by e-mail after the purchase which includes all legally required details.
Payment
Ordered items the Purchaser will pay to the Seller by bank transfer (slip), or by credit card, based on Customer order. Payment orders will be made after it is determined that the ordered products are available in the Seller's online store.
Payment security
RAVUS d.o.o. uses WSpay credit card billing system.
WSPay implements the latest standards of data protection - Secure Socet Layer (SSL) protocol with 128 - bit encryption and MD5 algorithm.
Credit card numbers are not stored and are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
Request for debit credit card online authorization is processed by WSPay service via the Internet (according to the card issuer authorization center), and in real time. There is no manual processing of requirements, but the credit card number is automatically checked and authorized by the authorization center of credit card companies.
Privacy of personal information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to the 128 - bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This way we enable the secure data transfer and prevent unauthorized data access during communication between user and computer WSPay service, and vice versa.
Seller does not store credit card numbers and numbers are not available to unauthorized persons.
Delivery
Delivery of goods is carried out from Monday to Friday, and the delivery time is 3-10 business days from the order.
Returns and complaints
The customer has the right to claim the goods within the legal deadline. Complaints are sent in the written form to the e–mail: info@darts-point.com. In the case of complaints the customer is obliged to return the product to the Seller at the address indicated within the agreed deadline with the Seller. The complaint will be considered valid if the review determines that a product meets the requirements for a claim under the Law on Obligations and Consumer Protection Act. Within 15 days of receipt of a valid complaint the Seller is obliged to replace the product or return the full paid amount to the Customer.
Dartboards and all other dart equipment are considered consumable products and are subject to normal wear and tear during use. It is expected that these products will lose their mechanical properties during gameplay. The warranty applies exclusively to material defects that are not the result of normal wear and tear or improper use. Claims due to normal wear and tear will not be accepted. Users are required to follow maintenance instructions to extend the product's lifespan.
Conditions for Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the packaging in which the product was delivered is undamaged.
The product being returned must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. This means it should not show signs of use, scratches.
To ensure that the product arrives in good condition, it is recommended to use additional protective packaging when returning an item. The original packaging may be insufficient to protect the product during transit, so extra packaging helps prevent damage during the return shipment.
Warranty policy
Warranty Policy describes how RAVUS d.o.o. treats your personal information when you use the website and internet shops. Under personal information are considered your identification information: name, email address, home address and phone number, or data that is not otherwise publicly available, that RAVUS d.o.o. learns during your use of www.darts-point.com Internet shops. RAVUS d.o.o. undertakes to use your personal information only for identification purposes using www.darts-point.com internet shop, to enable you to use all the options they provide. RAVUS d.o.o. will keep your personal information confidential and will not distribute, publish, transfer to third parties to use, neither it will make them in any way available to any third party without your prior consent.
Amendment
RAVUS d.o.o. reserves the right to modify and update these Terms of purchase. Any modification of the Terms of the purchase will be posted at www.darts-point.com.
