After the excellent results of the current Darts point Bull's regional league season (the final TOP 16 tournament is still waiting for us on March 23, 2024), we are announcing applications for the new season, which will last from April to September 2024.

Darts point Bull's league will be played in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is open to all competitors, of all genders, ages and nationalities.

It is a condition that each player who starts competing in one of the tournaments in one of the countries continues his competition in tournaments in the same country. For example If the player played the first tournament in Slovenia, then he must continue to play other tournaments in Slovenia, he will not be able to play in tournaments in other countries.

10 tournaments will be played in each of the mentioned countries. The best-placed competitors from each country will advance to the final TOP 32 tournament, which will be played in September 2024 at the Rebuy Stars Club in Zagreb. According to the total number of competitors in the last season, it was decided that the number of best placed competitors for the final tournament from each country will be as follows:

• Croatia, 10 competitors
• Serbia, 6 competitors
• Slovenia, 6 competitors
• Bosnia and Herzegovina, 10 competitors

Those under the age of 18 can compete in all tournaments, but they will not be allowed to compete in the final TOP 32 tournament because there are age restrictions for that at the venue of the final TOP 32 tournament. For this reason, cash prizes will be paid to the three best-placed competitors under the age of 18. In doing so, the points won in all leagues will be looked at together, the one who won the most points after ten tournaments will be awarded a prize in the amount of €300, the second in the ranking will win €200 and the third €100.

Scoring

First place (Winner): 45 points

Second place (Runner-up): 28 points

Third place (Semi-final): 17 points

Fifth place (Quarter-final): 11 points

Ninth place (Last 16): 6 points

In the event that the players have the same number of points at the end of the tournament part of the competition, the first parameter will be head-to-head matches, then the ratio of won and lost legs, with the advantage given to the player with a greater difference between won and lost legs.

Only the darts that remained stuck in the dartboard after throwing are counted.
 

Registration

It is the responsibility of each player to register at the tournament venue for which they have entered. Only those players who have registered at the control desk on the day of the tournament at the designated time will participate in the draw. Players who have not registered will be eliminated from the tournament.

All tournaments will be played through the DartConnect system.

This means that there will be no calling for players to go to the target to start the game, except at the start of the tournament. Each player has ten minutes from the end of the previous game to appear at the dartboard for which they are scheduled to play.

Any player who does not appear at his dartboard at the correct time is exposed to the risk of disqualification by the tournament organizers.
 

Payment

The registration fee is paid at the venue of the tournament, before the start of the competition.

Referee

Referee for the first match of the tournament will be determined by random selection. After the first match on each dartboard, the loser must stay to judge the next match on the same dartboard.

If any player does not stay to referee, (or does not find a person to referee on his behalf), he will be disqualified from all remaining tournaments in 2024.

Dress code

All players are expected to play in their darts shirts, dark trousers and dark shoes, but this is not mandatory. It is forbidden to play in shorts, sweatshirts, jackets and open-type shoes (loafers, flip-flops, etc.)

Order of play

Throwing for the Bull determines the order of play in each match, the player listed at the beginning of the list on Dart Connect is the player who will throw for the Bull first.

The winner of the Bull throws first in the match and all subsequent "odd legs" which will also include a "tie-break" leg if necessary.

In Bull throws, if the dart enters the "25" or "Bull" sector, it must be removed before the opponent makes his throw.

Re-rolls will be called for if:

If both arrows are in Bull

If both arrows are in the circle '25'

If the judge cannot determine which dart is closer to the Bull

The re-roll must be in the reverse order of the previous roll. The player who threw closer to the center of the dartboard throws first in the match.

Each player is allowed to shoot 9 practice darts before the start of the match.

Only darts that hit the dartboard are counted.

The final will be played in one day according to the system of 8 groups of 4 competitors.

Competitors play against each other in groups, the 2 best placed players from each group enter the top 16 and finish the competition according to the knock out system.

Matches in groups are played according to the system of who is better in the game of 8 legs. A win brings 2 points, a tied result brings 1 point, a lost match 0 points.

In the knock out phase, who is better than 11 legs, in the semi-finals who is better than 13 legs and in the final who is better than 15 legs.

In the group that the players have the same number of points at the end of the competition by group, the first parameter will be the head-to-head matches, then the ratio of won and lost legs will be looked at, with the advantage being given to the player with a greater difference between won and lost legs.

TOP 32 finale prizes:

1st place - €2,000.00

2nd place - €1,200.00

3rd place - 2 x €600.00

5th place - 4 x €350.00

9th place - 8 x €275.00

A player who does not attend the award ceremony will not receive it.
