Darts-point is organizing a steel dart league in a billiard club 8 ball from Sesvete. The address is Kelekova 4, 10360 Sesvete - Zagreb.

The league is open to all players, it is not necessary to be a member of any associations or clubs, nor are there age limits.

The league will be played in two groups of 32 players and the playing system where each competitor will play with each of the other competitors. A player who is better in a game of 8 legs wins the match. Winning brings 2 points, a tie brings 1 point, and losing the match 0 points.

Discipline is 501 Double out.

Throwing order will be decided by coin flipping.

Every player is allowed to throw 9 trial arrows before the start of the match.

Competitors are obligated to judge the matches according to the schedule set by the organizer.

Only the arrows scored in the target after the throw are counted.

In case players have the same number of points when deciding on the precedence the first parameter will be mutual matches, then the ratio of won and lost legs will be viewed whereby the player with a bigger difference between won and lost legs gets the advantage.

After all 7 rounds of the league are played, the best 6 players from each group will enter the final of the Top 16 league which will be complemented by the first 4 players from the Darts-point tournament, held in March 2018. In this way, we have enabled that players who can't regularly come to the league are able to enter Top 16 leagues. In case one of the first 4 players of the tournament has already secured a competition in the final of the league, or that one of those players doesn't want or can't play in the league's final, they will be replaced by a player who has secured 7th place in the league competition. The number of points will decide whether that will be the seventh player from the first or the second group, in case of the same amount of points it will be decided by the ratio of won and lost legs, and if there's a tie again, a match will be played to see who's better in a game of 9 legs.

The top 16 finals of the league will be played by playing sytem 4 groups of 4 players, after which two players from each group will go to Top 8. In the Top 16 stage group competitions will be played by playing system every player with each in a who's better game of 9 legs.

Top 8 will be played in a way where the winner of the first group will compete against the runner-up from the second group, the winner of the second group will compete against the runner-up from the first group, the winner of the third group will compete against the runner-up from the fourth group, the winner of the fourth group will compete against the runner-up from the third group. The winner at this stage of the competition will be the better player in a who's better game of 13 legs.

Semi-finals are played by the system who's better in a 15-legged game, and the finals who's better in a 19-legged game.

Applications for the league are done online by signing up on the website www.darts-point.com .

The right to compete have the first 64 registered players who pay a participation fee. Participation fee is paid upon arrival at the first round of the league. Players who sign up and are not in the first 64 registered players will be on the waiting list.

In case one of the 64 registered players doesn't appear in the first round, that player will be permanently replaced by a player who is first on the waiting list.

Participation fee for the league is 300,00 kn.

The league takes place at the 8 Ball club in Sesvete on Kelekova Street, on Sundays from 16 o'clock on the following dates:

Group A: 10.09.2018, 08.10.2018, 12.11.2017, 03.12.2017, 14.01.2018, 11.02.2018, 11.03.2018, 29.04.2018

Group B: 17.09.2017, 29.10.2017, 26.11.2017, 17.12.2017, 21.01.2018, 18.02.2018, 18.03.2018, 22.04.2018

Top 16 finals will be played 06.05.2018.

The organizer of the league will put players into groups by random selection.

Every contestant has the ability to postpone their matches in one of the rounds, it can't be one of the last two rounds. The matches that the player has postponed and should have played in the postponed round, must be played in the next round. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the dates when the league is being played, and whether this option should be used at all. Except for this possibility, round playing postponement can only be approved in case of a death of a close family member.

The total insured prize fund is 20.000,00 kn. Apart from the insured prize fund, rich sponsors prizes need to be expected.
