These classic elements have been reinterpreted through precision milling on the barrel, giving the design a sense of dignity, restraint and luxury. The result combines sporting elegance with refinement, much like a gentleman’s accessory crafted with a clear purpose.

The packaging design pays tribute to the legendary racehorse Red Rum.

As a multiple Grand National winner, Red Rum became a symbol of endurance, strength and legendary status, with his influence extending even into popular culture.

That spirit naturally connects with Paul Lim—a true legend who, after so many years, remains competitive and retains his unmistakable class, continuing to perform on the biggest stage with composure and strength.

The grip design has been carefully divided to suit both rear- and front-grip players, with each section providing a slightly different feel in the hand.

The rear section features vertically arranged 3D rectangular cuts. These are not simple flat square cuts—each one is shaped like a truncated pyramid, creating multiple angled surfaces for secure finger contact.

This structure provides rich tactile feedback and strong multidirectional grip. The spacing between each cut was personally and carefully fine-tuned by Paul Lim—neither too tight nor too wide—to achieve an optimal level of contact and control.

At the centre is a precision-milled metal plate featuring Paul Lim’s laser-engraved signature. It creates an elegant focal point within the design while also providing a subtle polygonal grip feel through the transition area.

The front section uses similar rectangular cuts, but they are more closely spaced and arranged in a more horizontal orientation. This creates a slightly softer feel under the fingers than the rear section while retaining sufficient grip for players who hold the dart closer to the front.

Together, these rectangular cuts provide reliable multidirectional anti-slip performance, ensuring that the barrel remains stable, secure and responsive whether you grip the dart towards the rear or the front.
